Virtual Cooking Class Gift Certificate
For a very special gift, what could be nicer than a Gift Certificate for one of my classes. It’s a wonderful way to share baking with someone special for years to come.
The certificate never expires and any class can be selected, either a current or future one.
Simply purchase a class gift certificate and you will be emailed a unique promo code. When a class is selected, just purchase it like normal and apply the gift promo code to cover the cost. It’s that easy!

January, 2022 will feature Creative Croissants where I’ll show you a much faster way to make this laminated dough with no worries about butter blocks and breakthrough. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch extolled the virtues of this method in a two page article titled, “Quicker Croissants, Why take three days when you can make crisp, buttery croissants in just four hours?” The article ended with, “The result is croissants that are simply spectacular. They’re light, they’re crisp, they’re delicate and they’re the perfect blend of thin pastry and butter.” In additon to the rolls, you’ll learn to make Chocolate Croissant and then turn them in a marvelous Chocolate Pecan Croissant Coffeecake as well as Montrachet Cheese Pastries with a zippy Apricot Sauce.
February will feature a most unusual heart shaped Chocolate Caramel Truffle Tart and Chocolate Truffles from my former bakery. The basketweave finish on the top looks like it took hours but is simplicity itself. In addition to the chocolate truffle filling, this class features caramel and quick tempered chocolate.
